Paper dress

Yesterday John Lavere invited me and Inta to his new studio for a “paper dress” photo session. It was really interesting to see and work with different lighting setups. We had a great model, Heather, who was not only beautiful but very patient and so easy to work with.
Here are some of the images I took:

  • CAROLYN RATLIFF - TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, THIS IS MY GRANDAUGHTER, WHO HAS TOTALLY AWED US FOR YEARS AND KEEPS ON DOING SO. HER TALENTS ARE ENDLESS AND THIS ONLY ADDS TO THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS SHE HAS ACHIEVED IN THE PAST. A PROUD GRAMMA OR GRAMOLY AS SHE HAS CALLED ME WHEN SHE WAS A LITTLE GIRL.

Transform – Zack Arias

I’ve found this video on Chase Jarvis’s blog. I think it’s worth to share.

  • John LaVere - That was a good description of what most artist go through at some time or another. I left some comments with the source article. I hope you’ll check them out.

Setting the right goals is so important, but business goals and creative goals are important to keep separate. The goals that make for a successful business have nothing to do with being a satisfied artist.

Justyna and James | Wedding

On November 15th, I had a pleasure and honor of photographing a very important day in our friend’s life. It was the smallest wedding I’ve ever photographed, so beautiful, intimate and romantic.

JJ designed the rings and made a mold for them. I was impressed! Artists…

This is one of my favorite pictures Paul took of JJ getting ready:

Justi looked so beautiful:

We did a photo session at Salvage One. What a great place for pictures!

The bar you see in the picture below was made by JJ and his friend.

Justi and JJ invited us to the Blackbird restaurant for dinner. We had such a great time. Food was delicious and desert….mmmm:-)

Justi and JJ, We wish you always love each other the way you do now.
